Our Updated Townhomes feature private entrances and storage rooms, fully equipped kitchens, large rooms and ample closet space. They are available to low-income families under the Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 8 Program. Under these guidelines, income-eligible families pay 30% of adjusted gross income for rent.
